• Active engagement, original research, and proper citation are required.
• Academic outcomes depend on individual student effort; we do not guarantee grades.
• Provided content is for reference and learning purposes only; proper citation is mandatory.
• Students are responsible for ensuring submissions represent their own work.

3. Copyright & Ownership

• StudyLiveZone retains intellectual property rights.
• Users receive a limited reference license for personal academic use only.

4. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your service within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
• Cancellations made after 24 hours are not eligible for a refund.

5. Refund Policy

• Refund requests for valid cancellations will be processed within 7–10 working days.
• Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
• Refund processing timelines:
• Working days: 7–10 days
• Non-working days/weekends: 10–14 days

No Refund Will Be Provided For:

• Services already delivered
• Cancellations after 24 hours
• Refund requests without valid reason
